I thought I would share my experience of Morrison's own brand tests as when I was Googling, there wasn't much!

I am 4w and 3d pregnant. On Monday I took a Morrison's test and again another last night. BOTH said negative but had a faint EVAP line, which they are apparently notorious for. Decided to try another brand after reading tons of posts from people who had had false negatives on Morrison's tests, today I took a Tesco own one and a Clear Blue one.

BOTH SAY PREGNANT!

So if you are TTC, don't use Morrison's!

maybe they are just less sensitive?

I've never used them but if you're only 4w3ds then you're not very far along and most tests only provide an accurate answer after a missed period xx

They may be! But I took the Morrison's test last night very late, only about 6 hours before taking the Tesco and Clear Blue ones today, both of which gave an instant response (I also found out v.early with my first pregnancy) and my period is also late, so I didn't take it before I was due on or anything.

I only thought to even check if Morrison's were known for it when my friend who is also expecting told me she had exactly the same issue. Morrison's said negative, Clear Blue said a positive same day of testing! So I Googled and it seems a lot of people have had the same thing.

I’d hazard a guess your wee was more concentrated with what is in effect FMU. Wee at the end of the day won’t Be as strong so early on in pg so maybe that Evap was actually a line? I say this because these tests have been 100% for me over 4 pregnancies x
