its not nice is it! mine stopped a couple of weeks ago now but suffered constantly with nausea. eat little and often is one of the best tips i think, even if you can only manage a cracker or biscuit.
I'm with you on the nausea its nasty! From the moment I wake up to the moment i go to sleep. A few things help though....
1) Eating little and often instead of 'main' meals
2) Ginger biscuits - a friend recommended this to me during my last pregnancy and it worked a treat. Working again now too!

aww feel sorry for you Ive only about 6 times so far so dont knwo what its like to constantly puke.
Hope you start to feel better and you will be in second tri before you know it.

Im finding rich tea biscuits help first thing in the morning, they dont take sickness away but i do feel a little better. thanks for advise, will prob try tem all if i keep feeling like this for much longer.
I think I might be PG - Been feeling really sick since Sat morning - spent most of yesturday in bed and going back there in a min. Just smelling a cuppa or food makes me hurl
Only being able to keep toast and rich tea down cos of my peppermint teas.
