Morning sickness eased off

Hello, I'm stressing out. I had nasty morning sickness last week. I'm only about six weeks pregnant and the morning sickness has eased off a lot. My boobs aren't hurting as much either. I saw the doctor yesterday and he confirmed that my hCG levels were rising last week and that I am pregnant. I lost the last one just after the doctor confirmed it. I'm panicking now. I don't want to loose another within two months. Have anyone else's symptoms just stopped? Was everything ok?

I had my mc at 9 weeks and mc happened at 12. I had awful morning sickness that stopped around 9 weeks but I just thought it was easing off, I don't want to scare you I'm sure your ok just thought I'd let u no! Go to the doctors and see.. My friend said that during her pregnancy she went to a&e because she thought something was Wrong and she got a scan! Hope this helps xx
