Hi everyone. I thought I might share this with you.

Before we conceived we have been trying to lose weight healthily and have been following the GI diet. It basically consists of lots of fibre, lots of fruit and veg, and limiting 'bad' fats.

I checked out the book and web site and it is fine for me to carry on with the diet while I'm pregnant.

Interestingly, it seems to make a huge difference to my morning sickness. It doesn't eradicate it all together, but it helps me control it. When I eat GI meals and snacks (three a daybetween each meal!) I feel much less sick and tired.

I wondered if anybody else had experienced this, or would like to try it out. I really recommend it!

Rosemary Conley does do a version of it, but it's the Rick Gallop one. There are threee stages so you can jump straight to phase three. All foods are categorised into green (eat as much as you like) yellow (eat occassionaly) and red (eat rarely. It makes it real easy to stick to.
