more opinions please!

Hi All

Sorry if you have already read this on one of my posts over the weekend!
But i would really like more people to tell me if this has ever happened to them.

I am on day 20 of this cycle. On Saturday it seemed like AF had come. I went to the loo and there was bright red blood. Sorry if tmi It was only there once and there has been nothing since then.
Has anyone else ever had this?
I have been ill recently with UTIs and various colds etc.
I assume it is too early in my cycle to be implantation?

My last AF was 2 weeks late so things are a bit irregular, I could understand if it was a proper AF but not just a little bit then nothing.
If last AF had been on time I guess the next one would be due around now. Could it have something to do with that?
And do I count Saturday as day 1 of a new cycle or not!!??

Very confused - please help!

I really don't know what to say to help but have you done a pregnancy test? Might be worth doing one.

It is possible that it could have been implantation or, as your AFs are irregular it could have just been mid-cycle spotting. I wouldn't count it as day 1 of a new cycle. Do you know when you ovulated? It might help you to keep a track of your cycle by charting temps or CM. It may help avoid confusion the next time that you experience the same thing.
