I never tried feeding in the moby wrap but have heard that its perfectly doable but I do think it's a totally different product to the pillows. I found buying a pillow was fantastic for feeding (both breast and bottle) and would certainly buy another and I think with a moby wrap Id buy one straight after the first scan lol. I can't sing it's praises enough as its so snuggly and comfy for you and baby and if you ended up with a section it's a life saver for getting around. Because its a stretchy wrap the baby can be easily moved but still very supported which makes me think it would be good with feeding.
I used a kari-me wrap (stretchy like Moby) and did feed in it once - it's pretty hard to get it just at the right tension for LO to be in right position. Was great as a cover if I was out with him in it and had to feed I could just drape the sling over to cover LO. A pillow is brilliant for feeding! Really helps get baby in the right position and take the strain off your back esp when LO is tiny.
I got a widgey pillow (Tesco had them cheapest I found - about £20) and it was best thing for breastfeeding. Meant could get comfy when Maia fed for hours on end, and could get hands free to have a drink etc. Only thing was I got so used to using it I ended up taking it out with me when had to feed her anywhere - not quite so subtle feeding in public when I got my pink pillow out! )
