Hey Jenni
Don't know about expert!
I've found it really good hun, I love it. Doesn't feel like a diet as you never feel hungry. Me and Rach have been doing it since last year and have lost quite a bit of weight between us
These are the kind of quick things that I eat:
free food on either day
I make a large fruit salad, pineapple, strawberry's, melon, etc
Great to keep in the fridge for a few days, just to pick at.
muller light yoghurts
shape lasting satifaction yoghurts (which are yummy!)
Eggs
quorn sauasges (I cook loads to keep in the fridge to pick at and sometimes chop into scrambled egg)
I eat a lot of salad, which just normally consists of raw spianch leaves,
fresh corriander, chives, tomatoes and a fat free dressing. And then I just add something to it like (depending on G or O day) king prawns, tinned mackeral in toms sauce, fish sticks, chopped egg, sliced chicken/beef/ham etc
I love the salad as its so quick to make..............if you like raw spinach leaves that is! Its cheaper than the salad mixes. Its washed so its just a case of putting it on your plate and adding what you fancy!
Green
I'm not a fan myself, but what about jacket potatoes?? I know Rach likes them, here's her recipes

Rice salads are great for lunch. Get the cook in 10 mins rice, and while its cooking chop any salad you want to go in it. Make it the night before.
I make a large chunky veg pasta sauce and freeze it into portions. Then when I want it I only have to cook the pasta and heat up the sauce............takes 15mins. Add some cheese as an A choice
Sauce: Fry some garlic, basil, and onions in frylight. Add mushrooms
courgettes, aubergine, chopped toms, passata..............you can put in whatever you like.
Original
I eat a lot fish, I make this quite a lot which is takes about 5 minutes to
prepare, 35 mins to cook and only a plate and a tray to wash up!
Put 2 pieces of fish, any fish you like really, on top of a tray of chopped
veg (red onion, carrots, spinach, toms, aubergine, courgettes, mushrooms etc)
I then add a tin of chopped tomatoes and some half fat mozzarella (a choice) and then cover with foil and bake. Yummy!
Thats it really for quick dishes
There are few others on here who are on SW who might have more ideas.
Hope that helps hun, I'll have a think and see if I can think of any more
