Mini Pill

Anyone taking this? I still havnt started my period yet and was wondering when I could start taking it as I thoughtt hat you cant start taking it until the first day of your period? well I havnt had one and dont feel like im going to have one anytime soon

I had the same question. Asked my doctor and she said to just start taking the pill straight away as my first natural period could be months away. Just finished my first packet and got my period yesterday I have not missed them at all.

with the mini pill you take it all the time.... you dont stop for your period like you do on the normal pill?!?!?

I've been taking the mini pill since Thea was 6 weeks old. I haven't had a period at all. I had a little bit of break through bleeding as i started them but that was still just after birth bleeding. Its important not to have a break between packets like you would with the normal pill.
