Mini pill. Again!

I recently started taking the Mini pill again after not using anything contraception wise for months, I was worrying every month that we might not have been so lucky and I would get caught again.

I found i had a strip of the Mini pill (Noriday) i was on before and decided to take them again for peace of mind. I haven't been to my GP to discuss starting it again (i didn't see much point as i already had a strip in the house)
I have been taking it since the 4th Jan and I am lightly bleeding but have period pains as though it should be a full blown AF

I did stop taking this pill before because of constant bleeding and it was getting me down bleeding most of the time. I thought up until now it wasn't affecting me in the same way because of no bleeding

Will it settle down eventually? Has anyone had this but persevered and it's stopped. The last time i was on it my GP said i should keep trying it for longer as I had only been on it 7 weeks.

i didnt hav any problems with noriday but when i went back on the combined pill after BFing i had probs similar to yours. first i wasnt bleeding at all, leading me to forget i was even on it after a 7-day break and i ended up having to get the MAP. after the MAP i was bleeding constantly and it was getting me down too. i stopped it for a couple weeks to let my body settle and then i went back on it and had ONE perfect withdrawal bleed. but then i had another problem with it- it wasnt working! thats when i got preg in november. i havent took it since and i'm now preg again. only pills i liked were noriday and dianette, but noriday is only a mini and i dont think ur sposed to be on dianette long-term because its so very strong. its areally good contraceptive for ditz's like me though!
*edit* cilest is pants! never using that again, got preg on it twice. and a girl friend of mine got preg on it too

in answer to ur question, then i think a lil break will settle the bleeding, it did for me. use condoms in meantime tho, hey!
