Milk supply

Ive just noticed this week that my milk supply seems better late at night. During the day there is hardly anything. Does anyone know why this is? I'm sure wasn't like this last week. Xx

Hormones!! That is all!! The hormones That aid milk production are in full flow over night. Probably when they are generally undisturbed by other stuff going on HTH

I'm sure there is plenty during the day but generally a baby feeds more in the day time so you won't notice. My boobs NEVER feel full but I know I have more than enough because after a feed I can still pump and get a but. ESP in the early days is flood the bed at night!! It does regulate as your body adjusts to what you need.

I noticed this too! Boobs always painfully full in morning !
