milk question

What age can I change to semi skimmed milk for my lo? x

It used to be 5years but I think the guidelines have changed-I'm not 100% certain what they are now though

I think it's 2 years old, not skimmed though just semi-skimmed

I thought it was 3 years old? MrsR's right though, it used to be 5 x
