milk question...

OK, I'm going out on Saturday night and intend on having a good time and having quite a few well earned drinks!

Emily is on expressed milk during the day and formula at night. Now, I will express as much as i can before I go out. I will also have to express on Sunday as it needs to come out but i will just throw it away because of all the alcahol consumption!!!. Do you think the milk I express on the Monday will be safe to give her?
