mild crampy feeling

for the last hour or so id say ive had some very mild crampy type feelings. they dont particularly hurt they just feel like very mild period pain/tummy ache

my back has been really achy today too ive been sitting up right with a cushion behind but cant get comfy have to keep getting up and stretching

i havnt had bh before. this feels like the types of pain you get when af is about to come on.
is that what they feel like? my back ache has been worse today too
