I voted Sophie Sienna! I'm usually not too keen on first and middle names starting with the same letter, but Sophie Sienna is just so lovely.
So as long as the surname doesn't start with an S as well I love it If it does I'd go with Sophie Elizabeth

I like Sophie Elizabeth best. My daughter's middle name is Sophie and my niece is Sophie Isobel!

My middle name's Louise and it was massively common as a middle name (a lot of my friends have it too), but not so much now, which makes it a bit unusual.
