OH and I had a silly argument earlier. Pals again now but it stressed me out and my heart was racing as it does in an argument. All I keep thinking is about how stress affects conception and how any bean travelling to start implanting will have thought no way this mum is filled with stress hormones I'm not sticking around here :(
For years I've suffered bad panic attacks and stress and anxiety so bad I was on anti-depressants for a while. I've done so well over the last year and not on meds any more etc that I can't believe I fell prey to it today of all days. Which then added more stress. I'm in tears at what I'm assuming is a wasted months TTC. Silly mare. Is it prolonged stress causes conception to be impaired or does it just take a mistimed argument?

Hey sunny! dont panic hun! you have not ruined your chances!!! :) i know its easy to panic about every little thing affecting implantation but it wont!!!

have some relaxation time hunny! put your feet up and chillax!

xx

Oh hun, sending massive :hugs:

I really don't know the answer to that but am sure everything is fine my lovely :flower:

xxxxxx

Aw hun.

Funnily enough I was reading up on this subject earlier in the week and I think stress that affects implantation would be something bigger and more prolonged as you say.

Try and relax, I'm sure little bean will be ok. x x

Sending massive :hugs: hun, I'm sure you haven't ruined your chances xxx

i am sure you will be fine. if stress affected it, then people with really stressful jobs would never have kids!! just take opportunity to relax now!! hugs xxx

hi sunny!
i really believe that stress would only effect where it is so bad there are physical symptoms and very prolonged! you have nothing at all to worry about.

when i worry about small things i always think that some women take heroine throughout pregnancy and they still have a baby, some women in the worst physical and mental conditions we can imagine still have babies. put it out of your mind hun! xx

Arg I can emparhise as I has anxiety in the past. Im sure you have not caused a problem by having a small row. Dont beat yourself up

Sending you massive :hugs:

Im sure you haven't hunny, both times ive been pregnant all i wanted to do was argue with OH so thats what I did, thats how he knew I was pregnant before I did! I think its only something to worry about if its overly prolonged. Sending you some more :hugs::hugs: x x

Thank all you lovely ladies so so much - you're all so lovely
It was one of those days where we just kept falling out - both in very bad form indeed. Horrible :(
I love him so much and hate it when these things happen :(
I'm going to have a camomile and watch a comedy with him now. The beggar went and had his dinner without me LOL that got my goat for nooo reason. Hmph.

Thank you all so much again :)

xxxxxxxxxxxxx

Glad you're feeling a bit better mrs. Big hugs xxxx

Not bad thanks love. Hoping and praying - the usual! lol.xxxx

Hi sweetheart,
I've had a couple of quite big wobbles with my anxiety & panic whilst being preggers and I thought the same as you "crap, what is this doing to baby?" but seeing the scan the other day and seeing everything is fine, makes me realise that baby is tucked up nicely. I don't think having those wobbles will affect you TTC too much at all, just keep yourself healthy & stay positive. There is a lot of anxiety and worry when TTC & being PG: if these sorts of things affected us that much we'd never get pregnant!
Chin up petal, everything crossed for you x

Try not to think about it, I hope that it isnt the case as I am a complete stress head!!
The less you stress about it now the better!!
xxx

aww :hugs: sunny. Try not to let things get to you (I know its easier said then done) I'm glad your feeling better now. I doubt a little fall out will affect any dinky bean trying to stick. My gp told me that prolonged stress affects ttc. Fx I see a bfp from you soon!!

Thank you loads honey - I remember ages ago reading you said you suffered from the same sort of thing. Aw it can suck can't it :(
You are right in saying that no one would ever get preg if anxiety wobbles affected things that much - thank you :petal:

Don't be daft, silly sausage, Of course it wont affect it.

Its not that kind of stress. Its supposed to the insecurity kind that effects both getting pregnant and one reason for misscarriage, stuff like losing your job or having your house repossesed. The baby/future baby can sense its not a stable environment.

(Notice how I say all this as if it is a fact! lol. But I've heard it a lot and I believe it)

Oh honey, try not to worry, I'm 99.9% sure it wouldn't have effected anything, I had a friend who almost split up with her OH when she was 6 months pregnant, moved back with her parents and had loads of stress but she had a very healthy little baby girl. I sympathise with you with the anxiety, I have suffered with anxiety and panic attacks for several years and have been on and off medication. It's a horrible place to be but there is always light at the end of the tunnel  Feel free to PM me if you ever want to chat x x x
