Medicines in 2nd Trimester

I went to the docs today as have a really bad eye itch and I mean its bad have been having some rapitil eye drops but not working so he has given me something else. I LOOK pregnant so he knows and he has my medical history in front of him but when I read the instructions for this new lot of eye drops it says no proven side effects but in the leaflet it did say could cause cleft palate, ear problem and something else, is this more for when baby is developing in tri 1 or should I just not take them incase??

i'd check with a pharmacist tbh! my doctors were shocking at realising i was pregnant better safe than sorry xxx

Yeah I'd double check...a few years ago I went to pick a prescription up from the reception and the receptionist said I needed to see my gp,I must have looked worried cos she immediately whispered 'it's ok,it's just for ur pill review' I moved to 1 side and said 'bit late I'm 7 months gone'!!!!

Yeah my doctor gave me a pescription I couldn't have, I siad to him "is this safe during pregnancy" and he was all "oh definatly not, why are you pregnant" I was like ummmmm, really?! are we having this conversation?! Lol xxx
