do you give it to your little ones? if so, what do you give him/her?
we give Glenn chicken, turkey and gammon (steamed) i dont give him pork as his dad doesnt eat it so we agreed not to give it to him, beef i think is too tough and lamb he isnt keen on, i give him the gravy with the meat juices in but i think he finds it difficult to eat most meats, he isnt keen really and would happily go without and just stick to the gravy, hes not keen on cooked meat either (sandwich meats) what are you little ones meat eating habits like?

Cally has any meat we do, beef, lamb, steak, mince, pork, chicken, fish etc etc. She eats a bit but prefers her veggies unlike her sister who is a complete carnivore. They both prefer it slightly pink - bad mummy that I am.

I give Maia whatever we're having so most meats really, chicken, pork, lamb, turkey, duck, ham, beef. She hasn't any teeth so finds it hard to gum unless its chicken or ham then she can break it down. Otherwise she's happy just gumming it for a while and sucking all the juices out. The juices contain lots of valuable iron so im happy for her to gum, suck and spit it out and leave it :D

My meat is quite limited, so she has turkey, pork and beef, and rarely chicken. Special occasions i get OH some lamb so she gets that too. I find lamb purees well so i freeze it in ice cube trays for adding to her veg.
I'm no fish eater either so again rare occasion OH has that but she eats it too.

From 6 months E has had whatever meat I have had so has tried chicken, pork, ham, beef (only mince) and turkey.

I'm not a fish eater so the only fish she's ever tried is fish fingers!

I've been giving all different types of meat to LO.
Before all her molars came through, she found it difficult to chew the meat, so I blended it and mixed it in. Now she's able to chew, I either use minced meat or cut it into very small pieces when cooking.

Madame has chicken duck turkey pork beef lamb cod haddock lemon sole LOL She does love her meat but just as much as her veggies :D The fact that she doesnt have any teeth doesnt make any difference either :rotfl:

Infact shes having a chicken roast dinner for her tea tonight

Harrison has beef, chicken, fish (haddock) and thats it :rotfl: I really must try and make something else for the little mite oh he does have sausages tho

DD loves her meat! She'll eat any kind but her fave is chicken and salmon :)

Emms is not a fan of meat so I have gone down the route of giving her food with cheese, lentils, beans etc. I am trying things every so often - she does nibble on meatballs at times. She has eaten white fish. I havent dared give her mince again - I tried it a while back but she threw it straight up! Some of my friends have said that their kids have been 2 or 3 before they eat meat normally

Ella loves beef casserole, my mum makes it for her in the pressure cooker and takes hers out with just a tiny bit of gravy, the meat is so tender like this that is falls apart as she is eating it.

She also loved gammon off the joint that we had at xmas. She doesn't like chicken and most other meats she chews and sucks then spits out.
