Hi Ladies...sorry for posting again, I seem to have been on here all day! Just after some quick advice, I think I've asked this question but cant seem to find the thread...As far as I'm aware I am OV but I am getting such bad AF type cramps, have had for a few days. I've looked it up on the net and it says that some women can get OV pains and they last for a few minutes to a few hours but these are constant near enough, getting like 10 - 30 minutes reprieve and then they start again...also getting quite sharp pains low down on either side...as I said, I'm sorry for asking this question again but I could really do with some advice, do you think these are normal OV pains or could my AF be on the way REALLY early (it'd be roughly 14 days early but last month I was 8 days late)?

I think this is normal hun, although I aint too sure as I dont have ovulation pains but didnt want to read and run x
