MC and TTC ??

Hi all

Well the Witch got me today, was hoping to give OH good news on his Bday tomorrow, no chance!

As some of you know i had a MMC in May, my cycles have been very up and down and still now only on my 5th cycle which is what i would say is Normal!! IE 24 days and OV on 12.

My question is " does anyone know if having the Medical Procedure delays falling again?? its just that i hear of so many people falling quickly after the D&C procedure. My lining was quite thick after my second scan and i'm now feeling ok again, but no luck. 35 now and feeling very impatient.......as know some others are too.. xx

Also... my OH had a sperm count done in March and it was fine, he does like a beer or two, but i wouldn't say he has gone mad since the MC, do u think sperm counts can change that much in 6 months if the mans routine hasn''t really, IE should i send him along for another one in the new yr?!! bless him...

I'm getting so down about it now, hate work and just feel ready to be a mum , our house is nearly finished and it would be so nice to fall now. Will it ever happen again, feels like a BF NO !!!

I cant give you any advice as im only on my first cycle of NTNP after a mmc but i just wanted to wish you all the luck in the work and send you lots of babydust for this cycle x x

Hey hun!

cant really answer your questions but from what i have heard the recover from surgical rather than medical management is said to be quicker as you say often the lining is still thick and can take time to come away.

If you are worried maybe go and ask your GP about it.

I think lifestyle eg smoking, drinking and diet can affect sperm counts so i guess they could change if lifestyle has changed?
