**May Mummies**

Anyone else been doing any research on what is needed for baby? I thought it was to early but dh has been researching prams etc and really thinks I should be making a list of what we need etc.

Sorry I've been a bit MIA recently.
Been bleeding for over a week when I wipe. Had a scan and theres a yolk sac but they didnt see anything, they put that down to how far along I am.
Got another scan next fri which is an eternity away...

The bleeding hasnt stopped, has anyone experienced this and had a good outcome?

@CMcDx @Qwerty123 how are yous? Any more spotting

I'm doing this alone as partner isn't interested in anything to do with the babies, not sure how long we will last this way..
I've just got a cot second hand good condition for a bargain and keeping my eye out for another matching one for cheap hehe <3
I can't quite remember the small essential items :/ I love the mountain buggy brand pram over here so have my eyes set on one of those once I've built up some savings. Def wishing I'd never got rid of all my girls baby stuff :(

I have kept everything. Even all the clothes for the first year.. so I've girl and boy clothes. I've my cotbed and furniture set. Little rocking chair. Etc
Only thing I want to buy is the next to me cib. I had a bednest which u can rent out for months which was also ace but going for next to me this time.
Maybe new mattress aswel although I co slept with my boy so the mattress got no use with him what so ever.

Do you have anything you couldn't live without as such? I really need to do my homework and make a list of needs etc, it's been 10 years for me so I'm quite nervous like a new mum all over again

i completely understand you girls. It's very tempting to start buying little things for the baby.
I have kept everything from my son. Even all newborn sleepsuits. So even if it's a girl I still can use them.
I will start buying new things around 30 weeks.

Hmmm good question. . Lots of muslin cloths they were very handy. I also got the tommee tippee prep machine. It was grand too although it didn't get much use as I boobie fed.. if any one is going that option I recommend manual pump I got so much more from it than electric ones think mine is medala.
I cant think off anything else at this point. I'm sure more will come to mine later.

Black friday be a good day to get any big buys out off the way. Then u have ur January sales.

Now you mention it I do remember having a manual breast pump but I mainly bf for 8 months with my girl, I think I will have to do boob and bottle for these two as I've been reading alot of woman struggle with tandem feeds and get exhausted feeding one and then the other. I feel like I may as well line up at the milking shed if that's the case, I'm so nervous about the lack of sleep! Did anyone use pacifiers? And has anyone ever used stretchy wraps to carry baby around instead of a front pack? I'm dreading the pregnant waddle around the shops, I want to be as prepared as possible by 30-32 weeks incase they come early eeek

My bf my son till he was 3.. and my daughter 8weeks. This time my plan is to do same as my daughter.
I have a lovely stretch wrap my Victoria the sling lady. It was great first few weeks. I have a woven wrap aswel and ergo.
Would love to maybe look at the reusable nappies this time aswel

I'm still breastfeeding my son but slowly trying to stop as it's he is now 19 months.
I'm planning to breastfeed my second baby too.
I will buy mum pacifiers as they are very small and newborns like them.
I already have Babybjorn carrier. Never tried any slings. As of prams we have babyjogger city elite (very sporty) and maclaren techno for travelling. I'm thinking about a double buggy :)
I like the idea of reusable cotton nappies! I will try once we start using potty until then I will stick with pampers premium.

We have been looking at little bits but not properly. Trying to wait till about 20 weeks to start buying things. Hoping to BF but am on asthma meds so not sore xx

Hey on steroid preventers, steroid nasal spray and obviously have a reliever inhaler too. Without these my asthma is uncontrolled and I get quite Ill xx

I was also on antihistamines and montelukast/singular before I got PG, as I have really bad allergies to. Although have stopped these now.

Are you not on anything for your asthma?xx

I went through a period of two years where my asthma was out of control and was constantly on oral steroids/antibiotics for the whole time period it was awful so have to be careful now. Asthma nurse tried menon a new preventer before sending me to resp clinic and all seems to be well since.

I had an asthma review last month when I found out I was PG and she said to keep taking my flutiform, ans steroid nasal spray but to try go without the antihistamine and montelukast, Although I am struggling without my allergy meds already tbh. She said if I get any worse than this then they'll have to put me back on them but to try and go without if I can so that's what I've been doing xxx
