I'm due on Jan 21st and I will be working until xmas with my last week being the week leading up to xmas. I only work part time since having my DS anyway so will be fitting all of my hours into the beginning of my last week so I get all of xmas off too. So will be working up to 36 weeks. 30 weeks isn't too early but it depends if you are bothered about how much time you get to have with your LO after the birth.
I wated to leave mine as long as possible but I didn't want o really work over xmas which is why I'm going at 36 weeks, otherwise I'd probably work up to 37/38 weeks just so I have more time off after baby is born.
Good luck with whatever you decide. Just do be careful about not going back though cos I'm 99% sure you'll have to pay some money back to them.
Big hugs
xx
