Maternity Leave

I worked til 36 weeks (had two weeks holiday then maternity leave). I had decided to leave then as I was finding it too uncomfortable and painful to work. I had spd so sitting down would hurt as would standing up, and as part of my job involved me going from one court room to another quickly I couldn't keep up as I was waddling. You know yourself when you need to go on mat leave

I've told HR and my manager that I am finishing at 35 weeks, but I'm currently off sick with my back, and to be honest, I can't see me going back. It will mean starting maternity leave early, so having money dropping earlier, but there is no way that I could work. I've only been on here half hour, and have to sign off now as my back is agony.
