Did you know you can't have them if you are more than 12 weeks pregnant as massage releases toxins into your body or gets toxins moving (or something like that...). Went for my spa day that DH got me for xmas and couldn't use the jacuzzi, sauna or have my planned massage! 
Had to just use pool and had an hr long facial instead.
