Does anyone use these??

My little one has started to struggle with our tommee tippee closer to nature bottles, he's taking loads of air and spluttering milk everywhere!

I'm considering getting these bottles but I don't like the self sterilising thing, I use a Milton cold water steriliser and we wash all out bottles in the morning and shove them in the steriliser and just take one out when we need it, these bottles need to go in the microwave for 3 mins which is a long time at 4am with a screaming baby lol!

Can they be used in the cold water steriliser or do they have to be done in the microwave??

Thanks xxx

We use them and I put them in my cold water steriliser. The microwave bit is handy when out and about. x

I have these ready for the baby too and will definitely be putting them in my milton x

I use this and I put them in my microwave sterlisier or if I am my mum's for the weekend they go in her Milton cold water sterlisier. It's handy if at a friend's house or something.

grandson has been on these since his mum gave up feeding him herself.... and they go into a cold water steriliser... I think they're brilliant - grandson never had trouble with his wind at all

The TT bottles don't agree with everyone, but always worth to try a couple of things.

First, squeeze the hole bit on the inside regularly when washing to make sure it's opening properly. And second, if the flow is too fast or slow, there are other teat speeds to try. I think the variflow puts your LO more in charge of how much comes through, or there are the slow, medium and fast flow teats.

We use MAM for the occasional bottle and pop in our cold water steriliser. Just make sure you fully break all the components down beforehand :)

You can put them in a cold water steriliser. We've got a couple of Mam bottles but prefer to use Dr Brown. Our lo still gets wind whichever one we use. Imo the Dr Brown teats are slower if gulping and spluttering is a problem xx

I did make that swap and regret not doing the dr browns. cause of teat wear, availability of teats and screw it together wrong and milk pours out also teats and rubber ring need proper cleaning in the groves! I hate them and my son is still too keen on them at 2 years and three months old. ditto in price and availability w/ the dummies.

I had the Dr Browns bottles with my daughter and she still got horrendous colic so I am hoping I have better luck with these ones :) My niece uses them and has had no issues so it gives me hope haha x

We swapped from tommee tippee to these and I would never go back - brill bottles. Still got my first set and will just buy new teats for new baby if I need them.

Colleen they are absolutely fab, you will not regret buying them. They are on offer on Argos website, mine got delivered on Tuesday. I swapped from tommee to dr browns but the teats were too thin for Luca. The MAM are the same as his dummies so he's loving them xx
