make up reccomendations ?

ok mum is getting me make up for xmas , and i dont know whether to treat myself to something new or get the same old lol im not one for change but what do you reccomend ? mainly foundation. ive got fairly light skin although dark hair and its not greasy or anything, at the mo i use max factor colour adapt foundation and facefinity compact in ivory

The Maybelline Mousse one is fab! I usually love MAC make up but I ran out of foundation and as there is nowhere in Aberdeen that sells MAC ( ) plus I thought I would wait until I got to the states to buy more as it is cheaper I bought the Maybelline one to keep me going and I am really happy with it.... goes on so smoooooooth
