I just noticed a pea size lump behind my baby's ear at the back of his neck. It doesn't seem to bother him but is scaring me. I've looked online and read it could be a lymph node. But if it is doesn't that mean there is some kind of infection????? Any insight???????

Go and get it Chen led out, I'm no expert at all but its safer to go and to be told its perfectly normal than.to leave it and it to be something xx fingers crossed its nothing xx

I went to the children clinic, she examined him and said seems perfect since he has no pain and growing okay but come back to us after 3 weeks but I'LL keep an eye on it

Maisie does i noticed it when she was about 5 weeks and she still has them now

Emily has them too, at her 8 week check the gp said it could just be that swollen glands and she's fighting off infection. Doesn't seem to be a problem, she's over 20 weeks now.

my little by has one too hun. i noticed it about 3 months ago. no pain or anything. my doctor said it should go in time. i was scared when i first felt it too hun xxx
