it is the length of time between your ovulation and the first day of your period x

It's the number of days after ovulation to the first full day of period. U can only really do this if u chart ov, I.E. sticks or temp or both x

Same as what the other girls said...and as a rule it should be about the same length every month (give or take a couple of days).

If you have irregular periods, it is the follicular phases which is irregular in length (from day one of period to ovulation)
