Lump in boob after stoping breast feeding

Any ladies that have stop breast feeding... Did you get a lump/lumpy breast while stopping? I've offically stoped this week and I haven't been leaking that much at all but my left breast has a lump and seems full ( obviously cause of the milk ) is this normal ? I'll go to docs on Monday but just wanted to see if anyone elses exprienced this? Xx

I get lumpy if I don't feed for a while, think its just the ducts being full. Could you express off just a tiny bit to relieve it a bit. Xxx

I was thinking of doing that actually but didn't know if it would increase the supply? Xx

If it is hard and painful it may be a blocked duct. You might need to express and massage it to get rid of it. They can turn in to mastitis which would not be good

It's not painful just uncomfortable. I just expressed a tiny bit put and now lump has gone. If I keep doing this for a few days will it increase milk supply? X
