I've seen it mentioned on a few american fertility websites and i thought it sounded good. It looks like you have to follow the exact dose and days etc , but apart from that i never looked into it further. So i guess you've gone down the clomid/metformin route? 10 years is such a long time . I suppose a bit of research into it would be a good idea, maybe ask a dr x

I've herd of Angus Castus, thats in the Vitex family. Lots of girls on here have tried it. Personally it did nothing for me, ivw been TTC nearly 2 years and have PCOS. Idea is to take it up to ovulation then stop till next cycle. How much to take is on bottle. I got mine from Holland + Barret. Could be worth a shot for you if you havent already done so, try for a few months to see if it regulates.

What haven't I tried LOL......Well mabe danceing naked under a full moon ....I have been poked proded and had the some meds but after awhile you just get sick of doctors and all the money going out.....but I have not tried clomid yet they said my ovries are only twice the size they should be and not scared and my chaces were good and because my family has history with twins and triplets (every body but me!)sooo they wanted me to try as natarly as possble frist ........well after the next 5 years I just got sick of trying....and just figered than I would never have one......and then I truned 30 and though well F%#& THAT I am not giving up so easly as that.......as long as I am still able we will be TTC!!!!!
