Lower Back Pain

At the end of each day im suffering from a really achy lower back. I have to get Rich to rub it every night when we get into bed as its so sore!

Any one else got backache real low down??

Yeah, almost at my bum!! Get shooting pains there too sometimes, in the bone in my bum!

Try a hot water bottle on the pain. I find that helps.

I've been aching for the last 3 days, mainly my back but in my legs as well. Really uncomfortable!

Yeah i do, I get OH to just push his hand into the bottom of my back in bed and that seems to take the presure off. I have to do the dishes leaning on my elbows now to cos my back aches to much.

Its nasty isnt it ladies, like you said Kellie just putting pressure on it seems to ease it

i get it too..midwife said that it is very common and its a sciatica..

If its sciatica put a cushion under your right side as it tilts the pelvis and takes the pressure of the cervix off the nerve. Its amazing how quickly you get relief

me too - must be about the 24/25/26 week mark for everyone suffering! funny isn't it...
