Hi ladies,
Brief background: ttc for over 18 months. Diagnosed with mild/moderate endo, otherwise all tests normal. Had 1st appointment with private ivf clinic and they did an ovarian reserve test. They were really pleased with number of follicles (7 on one side, 8 on other) but the Anti Mullerian Hormone (AMH) level was 12. They weren't pleased with this & said that we shouldn't wait before proceeding with iui or ivf. I'm only 31
Just wondered if anyone had any experience of low ovarian reserve & which route you took?
They also want me to have a hysteroscopy as she is concerned that I may have scarring in my uterus, which is preventing a pregnancy, after an infection I had 13 years ago!! This would cost over two grand though! Plus the ivf cost, pre ivf investigations/blood tests etc, we'd be spending a fortune we just don't have
Sorry to moan, but never thought it would be this difficult!
