Xenforo Cloud has scheduled an upgrade to XenForo version 2.2.16. This will take place on or shortly after the following date and time: Jul 05, 2024 at 05:00 PM (PT) There shouldn't be any downtime, as it's just a maintenance release. More info here
Lost Some Plug! (At last)

I'm here, nothing's happened. I was busy yesterday as it was Matt's birthday. 
In lots of pain to the point that I want to cry! Plug is still coming away but not very much - tiny bits at a time. Bought some clary sage at the weekend so will start burning that later today.
SPD is REALLY bad. Couldn't move this morning and had to get Matt up to help me sit up in bed. My ribs on the right are really sore so not sure what's going on there and my left hip is causing major problems. The pain at the front of my pelvis, to top it all off is just arghhhhhhh!
