lost post

iv bought about 3/4 of my xmas pressies off the interent and about 5 0r 6 of them have got lost. Has any one else noticed an increase in missing post?

its funny u should mention how rubbish the post is when the Royal Mail just busted a huge illegal firearm scam!!

the package of sawn off shotguns was sent to the wrong address, staff there opened it and called the police and it led back to some blokes who have been supplyin guns in this country for yrs!!!

my last sick note never turned up at work! luckly made a copy before i sent it.

even sending them recorded doesn't gurantee the won't get lost. My postman puts recorded letters through my door without getting a signature!

My post has gone rubbish over the last few months, I'm always moaning about it. I don't think anything has gone missing but they seem to take a lot longer to get here.

yes i hate the postie!! i sent sarah 2 parcels and a card, and she got teh card and one parcel grr...

and im waiting for a parcel off a certain bidding website that still hasnt come a week after payment grr... i hope they havent lost the items, i proper loved em... *sniff*

When woman posty has her rounds here she NEVER posts any mail for us but takes it back to the depo for when the guy goes round!

Just cos I have a dog that barks.

Funny you should mention it today of all days lol, tonight im off to the hilton on bristol for a posh works conference/ball, and had bought a dress off ebay - it dodnt arrive in the time promised so i got the lady to send it special delivery -well yesterday I got home from work and there was a card through my door, but it had one box for special delivery ticked with my partners name (ebay is in his name) next to it, and then another one for large letter with my name written next to it - im expecting some stuff from my unk in new zealand. Anyway went to the sorting office this morning to pick them up and they only the package in my partners name (the dress - its actually awful so glad i bought another just in case, but thats a whole other story lol) and it wasnt till i pointed out the package didnt have my name on it so there must be 2 that he went to look - and couldnt find it!!!!!

Apparantly they will resend it when they find it but how could it have got lost between my postie and the sorting office???

grrrrrrrrrrr

i had a cd opend and they didnt even bother tapeing it up before posting it, theyve lost 2 bags and a dvd which i cant get a refund for because the sellerscan prove theyve posted it! Also had something recorder come that i didnt sign for and an old women keeps bringing our post thats clearly labeld with our address and says shes recieved them and she didnt sign for them when there recorded. Shes really old and i feel bad but i cant stop them sending them to her. I have reported it but nothings been done

if the seller has proof of postage i think they can complain and claim from royal mail they then should beable refund you.
