Loss of symptoms

Just wondered if anyone has had a similar experience, I'm 7+1 with number 3 and for nearly a week I've felt completely normal. Last week I was completely exhausted sleeping all the time , very mild sickness and constant hunger plus sore boobs. Now all of that has completely vanished and I don't feel the slightest bit pregnant. No bleeding but some period like cramps in my back too . Should I expect bad news or bleeding soon?

Would doing a pregnancy test be able to help with being able to compare the darkness of the line with previous tests?

it’s such a weird time, not being to have a proper confirmation that everything is ok, just have to wait it out.

not really for myself as with my MMC my lines were getting darker all the way up until the hook effect. Just need its scan to hurry up x
