loss of appetite and insomnia

Has anyone else completely lost their appetite? I just don't feel hungry and I'm still nauseous. I'm not sleeping very well either. I didn't realise this was going to be physically so hard. One day I'm not too bad and then I spend half the next day in tears.

It all sounds so familiar...

I found it very hard (and still do) after our loss the end of last July

We all cope with it differently, take each day as it comes xx

i'd say its all part of your grieving process hun, at least try and get fluids in you if you can

its such an dark time and i remember it all too well, i really hope you have some support via friends and family, my mum and nana were worth thier weight in gold when i had my MMC.

please do keep coming on here and letting us know how you feel, because this place was my light in the dark seriously and i will never ever be able to repay the kindness i experienced here and support x
