Little greedy guts!

HV has just been and weighed little man, he's now a whopping 12lb 2oz!

She gave me a booklet on weaning which she said I wouldn't usually have til later, but seeing as he's big (that's it, she ended the sentence there, she always does that! )

Obviously I am no where near thinking of weaning now but was she trying to say bigger babies may wean earlier? x

It doesnt necessarily go that way hun, but it certainly did in my case. James was a proper hungry horace (still is lol) and i had to wean him from 12 weeks.
Other babies even out a bit as the weeks go on and are satisfied with milk

You will know when the time comes cos they just aint satisfied with the milk supply they are getting, they are v inquisitive as to what you are doing when you eat, stick stuff in their mouths all the time (although babies do this anyway so you got to work out whether its a need for food or teething or what) and just a general interest in food when its around.

You have a while yet before you need to start even thinking about it though!
