legal reasons?

have just had the simon cowel/piers morgan interview on on itv2, and was just flicking thru and itv2+1 says for legal reasons it cannot broadcast the show that was earlier broadcast on itv2! anyone know what these reasons would be????

Can't broadcast the interview?! I assume it was the same one that was on last night, so they've already shown it at least twice. How strange... I've seen that with something else on ITV2+1 recently but can't remember what it was

It happens a lot with ITV2+1 ... think it's more for how much they've paid in licensing showings though, rather than anything sinister.
Very irritating when it's something they actually have scheduled to show that "can't be shown for legal reasons" though
