Leg cramps/back ache/sleeping??

Hi Everyone,

sorry i havent been on for a while!!

i have had some awful cramps in my legs, and just below my left ribs...its taking me ages to get comfortable at night...

what about eveyone else?

oh... and thought i had some bruises on my tummy - turns out its the beginning of stretch marks! my body is feeling very alien to me!!

Yep! I'm having some hip and lower back ache and can only sleep on my side (which is uncomfy without the aches and pains!) so I bought a moon shape nursing pillow to sleep with off Ebay, it was only 99p (+ P&P which was about £3.00). Apparently it helps with the position and eases trapped nerves or something...

...Might be worth having a look into one! For that price, (also considering the use you get out of it) might be worth a try!

Hope it eases for you though. Mine's not too bad but it's horrible when it hurts at the time you need the rest..

hello freepie! yes ive been getting bad pains in my right ribs and round to my back for the past couple of days! argh its so niggly just cant sleep or concentrate

im sure this is nothing compared to labour though, so im trying to be positive!

I am finding sleeping harder these days (or nights lol) due to just general aches and soreness in back and legs. Doesn't help that I used to be a stomach sleeper. I can still sleep on my back without too much problem but mostly sleep on left or right side and it gets to be a little bit painful spending too many hours in one position.
