Leg Cramp

Anyone else getting really bad leg cramps? I've been getting them every day in my left calf since about 15 weeks or so. Mostly at night and sometimes I have to jump out the bed and get moving it hurts!!! Its deffo getting worse, also have to watch how I sit, kneeling is out now, cramp starts immediately.... I looked up on internet and seems pretty normal but every day?? Always same leg, same place! I did not have this last pregnancy.... Can I do anything to help this ladies?

i know just before i get one so wiggle ur foot round in circles and they tend to go its very common i think its something to do wiv a lack of iron or salts in the body x

I woke up with really bad cramp in my right leg last night hunny but didnt really think about it being preg related, id ask your mw x x

i got one in my ankle and it woke me up and everytime i moved it, it just pulled back into a cramp fella was laughing at me but it does really hurt x

a been having same didnt have with me last pregnancy its so sore am getting it on me legs sometimes me feet me feet actually look outa shape when happens freaks me out am hoping goes away soon x

how funny! Only 2 days ago I was walking in a shopping centre, and got a cramp in one of my toes! Couldn't really walk, needed to take my shoe off and do some massage. It was gone in a few minutes, but I got another cramp in another foot in some 10 mins!! Again, couldn't stand on that foot at all. How strange - never had these before.

Was just lucky that this didn't happen to both of my feet simultaneously - what would I do then?
