last nite for tea mum did a loverly roast of pork with roast potatoes etc
but one by one the family dropped, grandad was ill. my dad came down with the bug, my sis felt sick again so we had loads of left overs.
wot would u do with it all? seems a waste to thro it away

We were brought up on "caahd waahmed up" as my old nana used to say. We'd be picking at it all day.

Have it cold as a salad, make a sauce and put in the pork diced up just at the end, long enough to warm it.... to me it is screaming Sweet and Sour!!
Use the meat for sandwiches?
