Leaking Nipples (soz TMI!!)

Hi Ladies

I was wondering if you could help me?

I'm due to test/AF in 6 days time and i have noticed that when i squeezed my nipples i had this clear substance come out of one of the milk ducts. It wasn't alot, just a small drop or two.

Could this be linked with early pregnancy or just that the witch is on her way? I breast fed my DD so don't know if that has anything to do with it?

this is what i got before i found out i was pregnant with my daughter. it was leaking for about 3 weeks before i found out ( all my tests that i toke said negative).
