I thought as we are a multi language forum apparently we could pick short phrases or words in a language and then repeat what they are in a new language and then a new word :) sounds boring haha and it could be but I'm interested in how different all the languages are :) so I shall start I can't use Cherokee alphabet but I can do the phonetics

Haha I used to go to school in Ireland and we learnt Irish ( believe it or not lol) apparently I was nearly fluent but all I can remember is:

Bonia - milk

Babog - doll

Guramogahuth - thank you

All spelled wrong I know haha

Ahh that looks so familiar! I grew up in Mayo for a short while and we had to speak Irish at school. I used to really love it, but as you can see I remember very little!

all the same apart from milk which is llath. Or if youre posh llaith. Im rubbish at north walian, I made OH speak to everyone in Bala :oooo:

oo i know some welsh (kind of) my dads side of the family is from aberdare... crosy y cymru (eeek i know thats wrong)
 
lol, croeso i cymru. i and y are really hard cos the sound like the same word. Im so illiterate in welsh, its making me paranoid about writing anything in here cos I know Ill spell it wrong!
