labour inducing massage...

anyone ever had one? Or know anything about them?? :D
 
I had reflexology a few times in the run up to birth, which is supposed to help start you off.

Can't say it helped with labour at all (was induced) but hell it was fun trying!!

What's the worst that can happen? You'll get all floppy and relaxed :D

I had a full body massage when pregnant on a hydro-cushion. Was basically a big water pillow which meant the masseur could massgae my back without me turning over. I'd really recommend that if you can find one near you :D

It was about £35, which is what my alternative health practitioner charges for all her treatments. It was a full hour and a blissful experience.

Enjoy being able to do these things while you can. I had another voucher for my birthday in August but haven't used it yet as can't find the time!
