keira has a cold :(

my poor baby has an awful cold, i have been up most of last night with her. She is snuffly and has a temperature. I have given her a dose of calpol but debating on wether to take her doctors as they cant do much. I feel so exhausted and to make it worse Kayleigh also has a cold too

Awww it's horrible hon If she gets really snotty then there is a pipette thing you can get to remove the snot . Other than that lots of fluid and mummy cuddles and she'll be over it soon

dr. petchy prescribes the following:

- loads of cuddles all round.
- stay in your pj's and snuggle up in bed - all 3 of you!
- i like medised better than calpol, as calpol never helps ruben at all
- those snot pipettes are good!
- breastmilk or saline drops in nostrils to clear snuffles
- baby vapour rub in bowl of boiling water just left in the room is also good!
