keep getting sharp stabbing pains in boobs

hi ladies,
anyone else getting this? My LO is 2 weeks old tomorrow and I have solely breastfed.

after a few hiccups thought we were getting somewhere, now these pains?

anyone know what they are? anyone else getting this? xx

It can be a blicked milk duct? Have you tried feeling if there are any lumps? Is everything else ok?

Hiya, I think it is just the boobs refilling with milk as I get this all the time! I noticed it would happen around an hour after last feed, or when baby was crying so I'm pretty sure that's what this is. I don't get the 'let down' that I've read about whilst feeding (the uncomfortable flow of milk) so assume I just get the pain beforehand instead - maybe this is the same for u? Xxx

I get this too, like Claire said if bubba is crying or if he's due a feed feels like a stabbing throbbing pain x

thanks girls for answers that has reassured me as mw said it could be thrush of the nipples but i really dont think it is and there is no white on nipples or babies mouth xx
