Just wondering....

I have to see the consultant tomorrow and I guess will be given a date to be induced and have a sweep....but then I got thinking and when I was in labour with DD they came and gave me an internal and I was 7cm dilated...I hadn't had any pain at all....(hope this doesn't mean I have a big flu... ) But anyways I was wondering if it could be the same with this baby and does anyone know how many cm's would I have to be dilated for them to keep me in?

they will keep you in if you are 3 cm or more i would think becasue then you are classed as in established labour.
you may well be dilated now. i was with my third. i went for a routine appointement on my due date and i was 5 cm dilated. They gave me a sweep and away i went. I gave birth a couple of hours later.

Well hopefully I have already started dilating...I don't want to get my hopes up too much but fingers crossed I may be holding my baby by this time tomorrow.....ooooooooooo how exciting?????

I bought some tuesday but the woman said i had to wait till 35 weeks and get permission from my midwife ,as it will bring the labour on ,i can take a few cups a day now can't i xx

mine told me 32 weeks (midwife)

It doesn't bring labour on if babys not ready but it does make your BH very strong. It makes the second stage of labour really quick and not as painful . It think so anyway. I swear by the stuff

i have 4 cups a day now.

Is it different from just raspberry tea, not the leaf?
