Hi all,

I came off the pill on 26th June, to start TTC! All very exciting!

I was wondering if anyone has fallen pregnant on first month of trying? My ovulation date was somewhere between. Getting some mild cramps and mood swings and generally not feeling myself - it's so confusing when PMS symptoms can be so similar!

cant say much about the pill, i had the implant and its taken 5 months to wear off x

I had the implant too but ran out before we were ready to start trying, so had few months on pill too!
Congrats on pregnancy, once your AF came back regularly, did it take you long to conceive? x

well i dont really consider 5 months a long time in the world of babymaking lol. wasnt really keeping track hun. i just got the implant out then forgot about it and let nature do the work. i figured if it got to a year and nowt happened id look into it then. think it was roughly 2 months for AF to be regular cos ive always been clockwork before the implants but had them in since i was 19 with no real breaks from them lol. so maybe like 2 or 3 months to concieve x

Hello ,
I have been on the pill one year with a break from jan of this year and started re-taking it in march. i had my last withdrawal bleed starting on the 13th may this year. I decided not to wait for my first period as i am too impatient! and started ttc straight away! I got my bfp on the 13th june! I did read somewhere that when you come off the pill you have a ultra fertile period in the first two weeks, not sure how true this is! xx

Hi wannabmummy!

Good luck on TTC!! I have fallen pregnant on first cycle, but its also taken me 15 months to concieve my 3rd child (riley) so he is my little micacle baby. Dont be disheartened if it doesnt happen straight away.

Are you charting or is your oh just going to shoot from the hip as such?

Hi Sara! Thanks for your message! Lucky for me it did work first time :-D so no charting needed this time round! I am 6 weeks and 5 days now and having an early scan next week just to make sure the little bean is doing well! Was very shocked to find out that we were pregnant after 2 weeks of stopping the pill super fertile! Lol. Thanks again for your message xxx
