Just slipped down the stairs - WORRIED

As the title says I tripped down 2 steps and bumped my bum on the last step & twisted my ankle.
Do you think I could have done any damage to my bubba?? A bit worried now should I go to the hospital to get checked over??
I've had no bleeding or cramping but it only just happened!

I'm sure you'll be fine Baby's totally tucked away in there and you probably bumped it no more than someone out jogging does with every step. If you get any pain it's worth getting checked out but I honestly think you'll be fine. Hope you're ok though

I did this nearly every week with Reu hun, i kept falling over and bumping into things and he's just fine but any serious pains or bleeding go get checked x

Thank you ladies, still feeling ok it was just a shock.
I'll head to A&E if I get any cramps or bleeding. It's just took me so long to get this LO I'm scared I'll loose it!

im sure everything will be fine. ive had a few bumps and bruises this week but all is still good

I wouldn,t worry, baby,s well cushioned in there, in my last pregnancy the full grown husky I used to have ran, full tilt into the back of my legs, completely sweeping me off my feet onto concrete, how I didn,t split my head open or hurt the baby ( I landed on my side) i,ll never no.

Baby should be fine hun, but if you're worried give your midwife a call for reassurance. I fell down the stairs, top to bottom all the way down on my arse when I was about 37 wks with my son! Bloody frightening! xxxxxx

Thanks I really didn't know what to do yesterday, but I've not had any bleeding which is great. Went for a scan just to be sure & baby's fine, it actually looks like one now! Baby's grown 1.5mm since Friday & could clearly see head, arms & legs was so cute!!
