that even thoi've been eating quite a lot of crap, i'm only going up to about 2200 cals a day max, and i thought i was eating like 3500 a day! finally bugged me enough to calculate what ive been eating for the last 2 days, didnt wana do it at first cos dont wana fall into calorie counting while pregnant cos it drives me insane.

but im happy about that can stop feeling so guilty about eating, think i still need to make a few changes to be healthier tho
