Just purchased a doppler....

Yep! and Angelsounds Doppler is brilliant - thats the one i have and found heartbeat early on, possibly around 13 weeks or something, maybe a bit before, but i know it says you can find it from 10 weeks on the Angelsounds!

Be warned it took me nearly 3 hours to find my babies heartbeat at 16 weeks.........so might be even tougher at 9 weeks

The heartbeat is not where you would imagine - I checked my babies heartbeat this morning, and it actually still on the top of my pubic hair line, slightly to the left!!

When I first got my doppler I was trying all over my stomach , but failed to try so low down!!!

Good luck and DONT worry if you cant find it at first, even MW's struggle to find the heartbeat sometimes until 12 weeks!!

Just be cautious with it as it might still take a while before you can here the HB as the baby has to pop above your pubic bone. Most mw's won't even atempt it before 12 weeks so don't worry if you don't here anything.
Most magical sound in the world though - i wouldn't be without mine!

Keep looking out in the buy and sell section for one, I got mine on there of a friend for £15, a great price for angelsounds

I am only 9 weeks so yet to hear anything, but can't wait until I do!!!
